Xpress Online Secretarial Services started out in 1999, tip toeing into a new world of Virtual Assistance in Australia!

The internet came into operation in the 1990s and with it grew many opportunities to work virtually. Secretaries in fulltime jobs found a new way to work from home successfully while they juggled care for their families as well.

Virtual Assistance is an ideal business for experienced Secretaries who have had a wide exposure working for various industries. This requires a VA to juggle various clients and jobs at once and learn how to also manage their own business. These skills have been developed working fulltime in industry as a Secretary/PA.

We provided typing assistance virtually to small businesses who needed help with urgent typing and word processing. We were able to also assist with many difficult jobs, working with overseas/interstate clients, research companies, academic, health and legal professionals and much more. No job is too difficult for us to handle! Each job is exciting and challenging.

We provided assistance to clients who had urgent documents for meetings and projects whenever their staff were on leave or if they needed an extra pair of hands to handle a large urgent job.

Clients are appreciative of having a VA to depend on in times of whenever there is an urgent job to be completed.
